Since our credit was less than perfect, we contacted several mortgage companies, yet we were unable to find a satisfactory mortgage. Kurt assisted us with our credit issues and in less than a week had us approved. We could not have been more pleased with his commitment to us.

I am writing to express how impressed I was with the way Ms. Cay Stull handled my potential investment. My husband and I looked very seriously at several units. Because the units were selling quickly, Ms. Stull was required to review our financial documents on an expedited basis. I was sufficiently impressed with Ms. Stull's immediate response to our financial questions, her humor, and her willingness to work very diligently on our behalf.

Kristen Carlson has provided superior support to my husband and me on two rental home purchases and, most recently a vacation home purchase. Each time, she has done an excellent job of processing our loan paperwork, but the vacation home was an exception. It was a very difficult transaction, and we almost lost the deal, but thanks to Kristen, we were able to move forward with the purchase. At the last moment we found out we could not obtain a mortgage loan due to a land-lease policy and decided to go with a personal loan. Kristen handled all the bank documentation for us and was our liaison for everything we needed to do for the bank. She went above and beyond to get the documents from us to the bank, then to the title company, all in about two days. To top it off, a lower appraisal came in, and the documents had to be changed at the last minute. If it weren't for Kristen's awesome job at staying on top of the deal and her knowledge of processing mortgage loans, this deal surely would have fallen through for us. She is extremely proficient and knowledgeable and amazingly dedicated to helping others. Thank you, Kristen, for all your hard work!

Debbie Cash and her team at WR Starkey Mortgage have provided our family excellent service and support in our first new home construction project. Their ongoing dedication to explain, review, and provide us the necessary options in “One Time Close” construction financing made the process very efficient and helped us greatly from our initial meetings through closing. They also worked and communicated regularly to our builder, keeping them updated and informed during this period. Because of their great service, we have the ideal financing option in place for our particular construction project.
